Compromise Agreements
Bringing an employment tribunal claim can be expensive and stressful. There is also the risk that you might lose.
But all of this may be avoided by negotiating a settlement with your employer called a Compromise Agreement, which can be a useful way of resolving potentially difficult disputes in a speedy and confidential way.
Your employer may offer you a Compromise Agreement and a lump sum, which means you cannot pursue any further action against them.
